ART X FOOD X FUNCTION
5P
Ingredient Ozarks, the chefs behind Sunday Supper Club at GS&Co HQ are teaming up with Ty Illgen Ceramics, of Oklahoma City, to create a first of its kind event: Inspired by functional art, Ty has created 3 special pieces for this coursed dinner. He will also be bringing more from his collection for purchase (vases, serving platters, ash trays, mugs, etc.) and giving a talk about his work. Ty is a member of the Artspace at Untitled board and a committee member of the Paseo Festival in the Paseo Art District. He has been an apprentice under Collin Rosebrook for 10 years at Paseo Pottery where he teaches classes, fires kilns, and is a featured artist in the gallery. Ingredient Ozarks will present to you several small intentional plates curated with food from around the Ozarks and some grown on Travis’ farm. Their version of an Ozark Omakase. Everything Ingredient Ozarks creates is organic, gluten free, and seasonally driven. Kaycee and McKenzie (of Later Bye, OKC) are creating a drink menu to pair with the food - and the art. Each ticket includes 4 courses, a drink, and a piece from the collection to take home with you!
